Fur, scales, fins, or feathers, everyone has a story.

That's a wrap for this chapter! Our customary Q&A page will appear this Thursday, and then the new chapter begins the following Tuesday! Another huge thank you to our Patreon subscribers for making this more frequent update schedule possible! You can help make sure it stays that way by pledging a buck or two each month over at patreon.com/awwfeathers if you are able. Either way, keep sharing with those you think would enjoy the story. That's the best way for a webcomic to get exposure. :-)

Aw, poor Ine. On the bright side, that croc girl is pretty cute. ;)

@Douglas Collier: True. He should probly get her number... after his dishpan hands clear up...
Ryker Malone (Guest), September 20th, 2016, 7:45 pm
@inejwstine: Dishwasher hands? Come on, he's all ready lizard!
inejwstine, September 21st, 2016, 6:03 am
@Ryker Malone: True. He might have some matted feathers from the feather-net though...

@inejwstine: That makes me realize...shouldn't the feral in the background be wearing an a full body net?
inejwstine, September 21st, 2016, 9:25 am
@Ryker Malone: That, or make sure to brush very thoroughly before every shift. Most choose the latter option.
Ryker Malone (Guest), September 21st, 2016, 12:34 pm
@inejwstine: Drat. And I was hoping to see full body hair nets become a thing in this comic...

@Ryker Malone: Funnily enough, Ellen Natalie did a commission for Zeekule once that raised the subject of furries and food safety:
Interesting discussion in the comments about how much covering would be required. :-)

@inejwstine: Ah yes! That very picture was on my mind when I read this weeks comic ^^

@Ryker Malone: I would have guessed that "Hazmat Hogies" would be a bit of a marketing flub, but I guess the desire for no "extra ingredients" in your sandwich is strong enough to overcome that. ;-)

@inejwstine: Maybe he should get her number. But I always thought he might go for June.
Then again, it could just be a temporary relationship.
inejwstine, September 20th, 2016, 8:39 pm
@Bradley Korth: Ine's a free agent at the moment. The meet market is wide open!

Hey Ine... at least a job is a job. ANY job is better than no job. The only time you should get picky is when a BETTER job comes along.
inejwstine, September 20th, 2016, 4:56 pm
@Nova Bluelight: Come now Nova, is a high-paying, low effort, entry level, no experience needed job really so much to ask for? ;D
No, in all seriousness, I kinda feel you haven't really lived the starving college student experience until you've scrubbed a few dishes. But that's just me.
Nova Bluelight (Guest), September 20th, 2016, 5:35 pm
@inejwstine: Actually, yes, it is. ;D
Seriously, though. And college towns are the worst for finding the "better" jobs, because a large and diverse workforce actively looking for work all the time makes job competition very large.
As someone who worked my own way through college, I consider myself very lucky to have gone to a school where I was a short drive away from my workplace.

You handle the forward-facing reptilian snout rather well.
inejwstine, September 26th, 2016, 4:53 am
@Casanova: Thanks! Forward facing is a surprisingly tricky angle sometimes!
